‘Uthman bin Abi Al-‘As (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he complained to Allah’s Messenger ﷺ about a pain in his body which he had felt since he embraced Islam. Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said to him: "Place your hand on the part of your body where you feel pain and say: Bismillah (In the name of Allah) three times, and say seven times: A'udhu bi'izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru (I seek refuge in Allah and His Power from the evil of what I feel and apprehend)."
