O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-kufri wal-faqri. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'adhabil-qabri, la ilaha illa anta.

Seeking refuge from disbelief and poverty addresses spiritual and material hardships, while seeking refuge from the punishment of the grave is a protection for the hereafter. It's a comprehensive supplication for this life and the next, ensuring that our physical well-being, including our bones, is a part of Allah's care.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to supplicate in the following words: 'O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You.' He would repeat these words three times in the morning and three times in the evening. (Sunan Abi Dawud 5088, Sahih)
