اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، أَذْهِبِ البَأْسَ، اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا.
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this suffering, heal (him/her), You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no ailment behind.
Allahumma Rabba an-nas, adh-hibil-ba's, ishfi anta ash-shafi, la shifaa'a illa shifaa'uka, shifaa'an la yughadiru saqama.
When to Read
This dua is profoundly comforting and powerful when recited for a sick grandparent, or any loved one who is unwell. It can be recited at any time, but is particularly potent during moments of deep concern, when visiting the sick, or after Salah.
How to Read
With sincerity and earnestness, place your hand on the place of pain (if possible) and recite this dua. It's recommended to repeat it three times. Believe in Allah's power to heal and His immense mercy. Making dua for others, especially for family, carries great weight.

‘Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that when anyone complained to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a wound or a burn, he would put his finger on the ground and then lift it, and (recite the following dua): 'Bismillah, the soil of our land mixed with the saliva of some of us, our patient with some of us being cured. O Allah, heal our sick, by Your leave.' 'Aishah asked him to do that regarding the patient.
