اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي خَطَأِي وَعَمَدِي، وَخَطَأِي وَجَهْلِي، وَهَزْلِي وَجِدِّي، وَكُلُّ ذَلِكَ عِنْدِي
O Allah, forgive me my errors and my deliberate sins, my mistakes and my ignorance, my jesting and my earnestness, and all of that is with me.
Allahumma-ghfirli khata'i wa 'amadi, wa khata'i wa jahli, wa hazli wa jiddi, wa kullu dhalika 'indi

Narrated Abdullah: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'A servant (of Allah) may do good for seventy years, but if he wrongs anyone unjustly, then Allah will reject his good deeds at that time, and if he does not repent for that deed, his end will be ignominious. And if he wrongs people for seventy years, and then repents and amends his ways, then Allah will accept his repentance and forgive him.' Then he said: 'The Satan is like a wolf to a human being like the sheep is to a wolf. How then should you (people) be? You should be diligent to return to Allah's path (in your own dealings). Verily, whoever does that, Allah will accept it from him. Abdullah said: 'Allahumma-ghfirli khata'i wa 'amadi, wa khata'i wa jahli, wa hazli wa jiddi, wa kullu dhalika 'indi.' (O Allah, forgive me my errors and my deliberate sins, my mistakes and my ignorance, my jesting and my earnestness, and all of that is with me.)' He said: 'And there are among you those who are severe with themselves, and there are among you those who are moderate. If they were to be brought to account for all their deeds, they would be destroyed. But if they amend their ways and act with moderation, then they are rewarded double.' Then he said: 'Verily, I have not been sent with heresy, nor have I been commanded to be harsh, but I have been sent with wisdom and the clear Book.'
