O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the overpowering of men.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazani, wa a'udhu bika minal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni wal-bukhli, wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-dayni wa qahrir-rijal.

Virtues & Benefits
This dua encapsulates a plea for refuge from internal struggles (worry, grief, helplessness, laziness) and external pressures (cowardice, stinginess, debt, oppression). By seeking refuge in Allah from these, we are indirectly asking for the strength and guidance to fulfill our obligations. It helps in overcoming the psychological and practical barriers that lead to neglect of Allah's rights (like prayer, remembrance) and people's rights (like kindness, honesty, fulfilling promises). It fosters a proactive mindset towards repentance and self-improvement.
