Repentance & Tawbah
Sahih HadithSahih Muslim 2707

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the destruction of buildings, the downfall of calamities, misery, and grief. And I seek refuge in You from hardship, suffering, the evil of divine decree, and the rejoicing of enemies. O Allah, I ask You for steadfastness in all affairs, and resolve in following the right path. I ask You for gratitude for Your blessings, and excellence in Your worship. I ask You for a sound heart and a truthful tongue. I ask You for the good of what You know, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of what You know. I seek Your forgiveness for what You know, indeed You are the Knower of the unseen.

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faj'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Allahumma inni as'alukath-thabata fil-amri, wal-'azeemata 'alar-rushdi, wa as'aluka shukra ni'matik, wa husna 'ibadatik. Wa as'aluka qalban saleeman, wa lisaanan saadiqan, wa as'aluka min khairi ma ta'lam, wa a'udhu bika min sharri ma ta'lam, wa astaghfiruka lima ta'lam, innaka anta 'allamul-ghuyoob.
