اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the passing away of Your favours, and from the change of Your protection, and from the sudden punishment, and from all of Your displeasure.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuji'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhitik

It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to supplicate with these words: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuji'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhitik.'
