اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي كُلَّهُ، دِقَّهُ وَجِلَّهُ، أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ، عَلَانِيَتَهُ وَسِرَّهُ، أَصْلِحْ بِهِ جِلْدِي وَلَحْمِي وَعِظَامِي وَمَا عَلِمْتُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ
O Allah, forgive me for all my sins, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden. Rectify by it my skin, my flesh, my bones, and all that I know and all that I do not know.
Allahumma-ghfirli dhanbi kullahu, diqqahu wa jillahu, awwalahu wa akhirahu, 'alaniyatahu wa sirrahu, aslih bihi jildi wa lahmi wa 'idhami wa ma 'alimtu wa ma lam a'lam.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'O people, turn to Allah in repentance, for I turn to Him one hundred times a day.' (Sahih Muslim 771).
