Dua for Repentance and Seeking Forgiveness for Sins Committed While Unconscious

Repentance & Tawbah
Hasan HadithMusnad Ahmad 1/391

O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your decree concerning me is executed. Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name belonging to You, which You have assumed to Yourself, or had taught to any one of Your creation, or had revealed in Your Book, or had preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my grief, and a reliever of my anxiety.

Allahumma inni 'abduka, ibnu 'abdika, ibnu amatik, nasiyati biyadika, madin fiyya hukmuka, 'adlun fiyya qada'uka, as'aluka bikulli ismin huwa laka, sammayta bihi nafsaka, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqika, aw anzaltahu fi kitabika, aw ista'tharta bihi fi 'ilmil-ghaibi 'indaka, an taj'ala al-Qur'ana rabi'a qalbi, wa nura sadri, wa jala'a huzni, wa dhahaba hammi.
