اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ، وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ، وَمَا أَسْرَفْتُ، وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي، أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ وَأَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ.
O Allah, forgive me for what I have done in the past and what I will do in the future, what I have done secretly and what I have done publicly, what I have done extravagantly, and what You know better about me. You are the One Who brings forth and the One Who delays. There is no god but You.
Allahumma-ghfir li ma qaddamtu wa ma akhkhartu, wa ma asrartu wa ma a'lantu, wa ma asraftu, wa ma anta a'lamu bihi minni, Antal-Muqaddimu wa Antal-Mu'akhkhiru, la ilaha illa Anta.

It was narrated from Abu Musa that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw him when he was performing a ritual ablution, and he said: 'What are you doing, Abu Musa?' He said: 'I am performing the ritual ablution.' He said: 'If you ask for anything, you should ask for it with this supplication of yours, or with a supplication like it.' And he mentioned: 'Allahumma-ghfir li ma qaddamtu wa ma akhkhartu, wa ma asrartu wa ma a'lantu, wa ma asraftu, wa ma anta a'lamu bihi minni, Antal-Muqaddimu wa Antal-Mu'akhkhiru, la ilaha illa Anta.'
