Virtues & Benefits

Reciting this dua during Suhoor is a beautiful way to connect with the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It transforms a routine meal into an act of worship, invoking Allah's blessings on our sustenance and our loved ones. It fosters gratitude and acknowledges that all blessings come from Allah alone. This practice encourages us to reflect on the spiritual significance of Suhoor, which is a time of immense barakah (blessing), as mentioned in the hadith: 'Eat Suhoor, for in Suhoor there is barakah.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 1923)

Source & Authentication

Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Eat Suhoor, for in Suhoor there is barakah.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 1923).
