O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the detestable manners, deeds, and desires.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to seek refuge (in Allah) from the badness of the days, the nights, the hours, the affairs, and the desires, and he would say: > **Arabic:** اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ مُنْكَرَاتِ الأَخْلاَقِ، وَالأَعْمَالِ، وَالأَهْوَاءِ > **Translation:** 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the detestable manners, deeds, and desires.' (Sunan At-Tirmidhi 3591. Al-Tirmidhi said: 'A Hasan Hadith.')
