O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is no god but You.

How to Read
Recite this dua with sincerity and conviction, focusing on the meaning of each phrase. Virtues & Benefits
This comprehensive dua seeks protection in several vital areas. By asking Allah for well-being in our bodies, hearing, and sight, we are essentially asking for protection from physical ailments and from misusing these faculties – including being exposed to or engaging with harmful content online. Seeking refuge from disbelief (kufr) and poverty protects our faith and worldly sustenance. Most importantly, seeking refuge from the punishment of the grave prepares us for the hereafter. By applying this to social media, we ask Allah to shield us from its detrimental effects on our minds, hearts, and spiritual well-being.

So when he came to me, I said them, and my father had taught them to me and he taught them to me, and I said them, and my father had taught them to me and he taught them to me, and I said them and my father had taught them to me and he taught them to me.
