Protection
Sahih HadithSahih al-Bukhari 4402

O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my property. O Allah, conceal my faults and secure me against my fears. O Allah, protect me from before me and from behind me, from my right and from my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in Your Magnificence from being taken from beneath me.

Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afiyata fid-dunya wal-akhirah. Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afwa wal 'afiyata fi dini wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahumma-stur 'awrati wa amin raw'ati. Allahumma-hfadhni min bayni yadayya wa min khalfi, wa 'an yameeni wa 'an shimalee, wa min fawqi, wa a'udhu bi 'adhamatika an ugh-tala min tahti.

Narrated Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to teach us the following Khutbah (in the middle of the week) for guidance and protection: 'Allahumma inni as'alukal huda wat-tuqa wal-'afafa wal-ghina. (O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and richness). And in the morning: 'Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afiyata fid-dunya wal-akhirah. Allahumma inni as'alukal 'afwa wal 'afiyata fi dini wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahumma-stur 'awrati wa amin raw'ati. Allahumma-hfadhni min bayni yadayya wa min khalfi, wa 'an yameeni wa 'an shimalee, wa min fawqi, wa a'udhu bi 'adhamatika an ugh-tala min tahti. (O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in my religion and worldly affairs. O Allah, cover my secrets and save me from my anxieties. O Allah, guard me from before me and from behind me, from my right and from my left, and from my roof. And I seek refuge in Your Greatness lest I be swallowed up from beneath me).'
