Yahya related to me from Malik, from Sumayy the freed slave of Abu Salih, from Abu Salih as-Simman, from Abu Hurayra that Abu'l-Qasim the Prophet of Allah ﷺ said: 'He who says (in the morning) A'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created), he will not be harmed by anything until he reaches the evening. And he who says it (in the evening) will not be harmed by anything until he reaches the morning.' (Sahih Muslim 2708)
