بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, the One with Whose name nothing can cause harm on earth nor in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Narrated by Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say: 'Whoever says: **'Bismillahi alladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Samee'ul-'Aleem'** three times, will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until morning, and whoever says it three times in the morning, will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until morning.'
