اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الأَسْقَامِ

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leucoderma, madness, leprosy, and from all evil diseases.

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-barasi wal-junooni wal-judhami wa min sayyi'il-asqam

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to seek refuge in Allah from the evil of what He created, from the evil of disbelief, from the evil of polytheism, from the evil of every seizing tyrant, from the evil of the season of deceit, from the evil of the fire, and from the evil of the punishment of the grave. He would seek refuge in Allah from the evil of the eye, and he would seek refuge in Allah from the evil of the great illness (Al-Baras), and from the evil of drowning, and from the evil of burning, and from the evil of falling from a height, and from the evil of being trampled by animals, and from the evil of the serpent, and from the evil of the scorpion. He would seek refuge in Allah from the evil of the Dajjal. He would seek refuge in Allah from the evil of the plague, and from the evil of Al-Baras, and from the evil of Al-Junoon, and from the evil of Al-Judham, and from the evil of all evil diseases.
