بِسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can cause harm on earth or in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Bismillahi alladhi la yadkhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Samee'ul-Aleem.
When to Read
This powerful supplication is recommended to be recited three times in the morning and three times in the evening. Reciting it in the evening, as the sun sets and night begins to fall, provides a strong shield against any harm or ill that might befall you during the night.

Virtues & Benefits
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ informed us of the immense virtue of this dua. He stated that whoever recites it three times in the morning will not be afflicted by any calamity until the evening, and whoever recites it three times in the evening will not be afflicted by any calamity until the morning. (Sunan Abi Dawud 5087). This signifies a broad protection encompassing physical, spiritual, and even social harm.

Narrated by Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, 'Whoever says in the morning (three times): "Bismillahi alladhi la yadkhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Samee'ul-Aleem." (In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can cause harm on earth or in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.) then he will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until the morning, and whoever says it in the evening will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until the morning.' Sunan Abi Dawud 5087. This hadith is classified as Sahih by Al-Albani.
