اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ بَارًّا تَقِيًّا وَرُشْدًا وَأَجِبْ دُعَاءَ أُمِّهِ وَأَبِيهِ، وَبَارِكْ فِيهِ وَاجْعَلْهُ سَوِيًّا
O Allah, make him righteous, pious, and well-guided. Answer the dua of his mother and father, and bless him, and make him well-proportioned.
Allahumma ij'alhu baarran taqiyyan wa rushdan wa ajib da'a'a ummihi wa abeehi, wa barik feehi waj'alhu sawwiyan

Narrated Abu Hurairah: When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was presented with a newborn, he would supplicate: 'O Allah, make him righteous, pious, and well-guided. Answer the dua of his mother and father, and bless him, and make him well-proportioned.' (Sunan Ibn Majah 1978). The hadith is considered Hasan because of supporting narrations.
