O Allah, make us truly grateful for Your blessings, increasing in our appreciation for them. Reform our offspring for us, and make us among Your devoted remembrances. Perfect Your blessings upon us, have mercy on us, and help us in Your obedience, Your gratitude, and in worshipping You in the best manner.

Virtues & Benefits
This dua encompasses profound requests for a marriage blessed by Allah. By asking to be made 'truly grateful for Your blessings,' you're seeking Allah's help to recognize and cherish every aspect of your partner and your life together, from the grand to the seemingly small. The request to 'increase in our appreciation' means asking Allah to deepen this feeling, moving beyond mere acknowledgement to a heartfelt expression. It also includes praying for the righteousness of offspring and for guidance in remembering Allah and worshipping Him beautifully, all of which contribute to a strong, faith-centered family unit. Cultivating this mindset directly combats discontent and fosters a positive, loving environment where both partners feel valued and seen.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'A supplication of the servant is answered as long as he does not supplicate for sin or severance of relations, and as long as he does not grieve.' Another version transmitted by Abu Hurayrah states: 'The servant is granted his request, and it is saved for him (for the Hereafter), as long as he does not supplicate for sin or severance of ties, or ask for the world (i.e., what is not predestined for him).' (Reference: Sunan Abi Dawud 1522 - This specific wording is derived from the general theme of supplication and the comprehensive nature of the requests made, aligning with the spirit of seeking Allah's blessings and reform in all aspects of life, including family and marriage. The authenticity of the core principle of seeking Allah's help for good is well-established. The provided Arabic text is a well-known and composite supplication reflecting these concepts found in various authentic narrations and taught by scholars for its comprehensive benefit.)
