O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is inevitable, and Your judgment concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to anyone from Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or kept unto Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen which is with You, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the remover of my grief, and the banisher of my worries.
Allahumma inni 'abduka, ibn 'abdika, ibn amatik, nasiyatii biyadika, madin fiyya huku-muka, 'adlun fiyya qadaa-'uka, as'aluka bikulli ismin huwa laka sammayta bihi nafsaka, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqika, aw anzaltahu fi kitabi-ka, aw ista'tharta bihi fi 'ilm-il-ghaybi 'indaka, an taj'al al-Qur'ana rabi'a qalbi, wa nura sadri, wa jala'a huzni, wa dhaha-ba hammi.

Source & Authentication
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet of Allah (๏ทบ) said: No servant is afflicted by any anxiety or grief and then says: (Allahumma inni 'abduka, ibn 'abdika, ibn amatik, nasiyatii biyadika, madin fiyya huku-muka, 'adlun fiyya qadaa-'uka, as'aluka bikulli ismin huwa laka sammayta bihi nafsaka, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqika, aw anzaltahu fi kitabi-ka, aw ista'tharta bihi fi 'ilm-il-ghaybi 'indaka, an taj'al al-Qur'ana rabi'a qalbi, wa nura sadri, wa jala'a huzni, wa dhaha-ba hammi.) but Allah will remove his anxiety and grief and substitute for him, in their stead, relief. It was said to the Messenger of Allah (๏ทบ): Should we not learn these words? He replied: Yes, it is obligatory for everyone who hears them after this to learn them. Sahih Muslim 771.
