اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا وَخَيْرَ أَهْلِهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا فِيهَا، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَشَرِّ أَهْلِهَا وَشَرِّ مَا فِيهَا
O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of this place, the goodness of its people, and the goodness of all that is within it. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of this place, the evil of its people, and the evil of all that is within it.
Allahumma inni as'aluka khairaha wa khaira ahliha wa khaira ma fiha, wa a'udhu bika min sharriha wa sharri ahliha wa sharri ma fiha.

Narrated by Abdullah bin Mughaffal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'No one will say this prayer when they enter a place, but Allah will turn away from them the evils of that place, until they leave it.'
