بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ العَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can cause harm on earth or in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ informed us that whoever says this three times in the morning will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until evening, and whoever says it three times in the evening will not be afflicted by sudden calamity until morning. This protection extends to physical harm, spiritual evils, and unseen dangers, making it a cornerstone of daily remembrance.

Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: 'No harm will befall him who says: 'Bismillahi alladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-Sami'ul 'Aleem' three times every morning.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 5087). Another narration states: 'Whoever says this three times in the morning, none of the troubles of the day will reach him, and whoever says it three times in the evening, none of the troubles of the night will reach him.' (Sunan Ibn Majah 3864 - Sahih)
