There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs sovereignty and to Him belongs praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent.

Abdullah ibn Mughaffal reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Whoever says: 'La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, yuhyi wa yumitu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer' (There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs sovereignty and to Him belongs praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent) upon entering the marketplace, Allah will write for him a million good deeds, and erase from him a million bad deeds, and will build for him a house in Paradise.'
