Virtues & Benefits

Reciting this dua in the morning is a Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and it encompasses requests for three of the most vital aspects of a Muslim's life: knowledge that is beneficial (leading to correct worship and understanding), provision that is pure and lawful (sustaining us without leading us astray), and deeds that are accepted (ensuring our efforts are rewarded). This combination is a recipe for a blessed day and a life pleasing to Allah. It's particularly relevant for a morning of generosity and charity, as accepted deeds are the ultimate goal of any good action, including giving.
