الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذَاقَنِي طَعَامَهُ وَعَافَانِي مِنْ سَقَمِهِ وَأَذِنَ لِي بِذِكْرِهِ
Praise be to Allah who gave me to taste its (food's) nourishment and granted me well-being from its harm, and permitted me to remember Him.

It was narrated from Anas that when the Prophet (ﷺ) finished eating, he would say: 'Alhamdulillah alladhi qad kaana wa ma kaana.' And when he went to relieve himself, he would say: 'Alhamdulillah alladhi adhaqani ta'amahu wa 'afani min saqamihi wa adhina li bi dhikrih.' (Sunan Ibn Majah, Book 21, Hadith 3319. Graded Hasan by Darussalam).
