غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.

Ghufranak, alhamdulillahilladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani.
