غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الأَذَى وَعَافَانِي
I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.
