It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) taught us that when one of us exits the toilet, he should say: 'Al-hamdulillahil-ladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani.' (All praise is due to Allah, who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.)"
