"O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is for Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being."

It was narrated from 'Aishah that when the Prophet (ﷺ) exited the toilet, he would say: 'Ghufraanak, al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'aafani.' (I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is for Allah, Who removed from me the harm and granted me well-being.) *Reference: Sunan Abi Dawud 30. It is classified as Hasan by Al-Albani.*
