الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذَاقَنِي طَعَامَهُ وَأَمْكَنَنِي مِنْهُ وَعَافَانِي فِي جَوْفِي وَأَمْسَكَ عَنِّي مَا أُؤْذِينِي

Praise be to Allah Who gave me to taste it and enabled me to digest it, and Who kept it within me and granted me well-being by removing that which would harm me.

Alhamdulillah alladhi adhaqani ta'amahu wa amkanani minhu wa 'afani fi jawfi wa amsaka 'anni ma yu'dhini
