Virtues & Benefits

This beautiful supplication combines seeking Allah's forgiveness with acknowledging His immense blessings. By saying 'Ghufranak' (I seek Your forgiveness), we admit our shortcomings and dependence on His mercy. The second part, 'Alhamdulillah alladhi adh-haba 'anni al-adha wa 'aafani' (All praise is due to Allah, who removed from me that which was harmful and granted me well-being), is a profound recognition of Allah's power to remove impurities and restore health. This dual acknowledgment purifies the heart and strengthens the connection with our Creator.
