‘Aaishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: When the Prophet (ﷺ) left the privy, he would say: غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الأَذَى وَعَافَانِي (Ghufranak, al-hamdu lillah alladhi adh-haba 'anni al-adha wa 'aafani). (Translation: I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me harm and relieved me.) — Sunan Abi Dawud 31. This hadith is classified as Hasan by some scholars.
