غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي
I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is due to Allah, Who removed from me that which was harmful and granted me well-being.
Ghufranak, alhamdulillah alladhi adh-haba 'anni al-adha wa 'afani.
