غُفْرَانَكَ، الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي

I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is for Allah, Who removed from me that which was harmful and relieved me.

Ghufranak. Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani.

It was narrated from 'Aishah that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) left the toilet, he would say: 'Ghufranak. Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi adh-haba 'annil-adha wa 'afani.' (I seek Your forgiveness. All praise is for Allah, Who removed from me that which was harmful and relieved me.)
