Narrated by Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Whoever says: 'Bismillahilladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Aleem' (In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth nor in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) - three times every morning, will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until the evening. And whoever says it three times in the evening, will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until the morning.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 3865, Sahih by Al-Albani)
