اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your favors, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You.
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matika, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatika, wa fuja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatek.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to seek refuge in Allah with these words: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your favors, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You.'
