Glory be to Allah and all praise is due to Him. I seek forgiveness from Allah and I turn to Him in repentance.

Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, astaghfirullaha wa atuubu ilayh.

It was narrated from 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet Muhammad ๏ทบ, when he would complete his prayer, would not sit except that he would say: 'Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, astaghfirullaha wa atuubu ilayh' (Glory be to Allah and all praise is due to Him. I seek forgiveness from Allah and I turn to Him in repentance). And he would say: 'The words that Allah taught him, 'astaghfirullaha wa atuubu ilayh' (I seek forgiveness from Allah and I turn to Him in repentance).
