Exams
Sahih HadithSahih Ibn Hibban 2577

اللَّهُمَّ لا سَهْلَ إِلَّا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلًا، وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الْحُزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلًا

O Allah, there is no ease except that which You make easy, and You make grief easy if You will.

Allahumma la sahla illa ma ja'altahu sahlan, wa anta taj'alu al-hazna idha shi'ta sahlan

Source & Authentication

It was narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Allahumma la sahla illa ma ja'altahu sahlan, wa anta taj'alu al-hazna idha shi'ta sahlan.' (O Allah, there is no ease except that which You make easy, and You make grief easy if You will.) This hadith is found in various collections, with Sahih Ibn Hibban (2577) being a well-regarded authentication. Al-Albani also graded it as Sahih.
