بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can harm on earth nor in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Narrated by Aban bin Uthman: 'Uthman bin 'Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'He who says 'Bismillahi-lladhi la yadhurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-samaa'i wa huwas-Samee'u-l-'Aleem' three times every morning, will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until the evening. And he who says it three times in the evening, will not be afflicted by any sudden calamity until the morning.' Aban said: 'So 'Uthman began to practice this dua.' (Sunan Abi Dawud 5088).
