In the name of Allah, I lie down. O Allah, forgive my sins, and bring me to a good end, and send my soul to me, and increase my knowledge, and do not let me forget my religion, and do not tempt me, and do not give power over me to an expelled devil, nor to anyone of Your creation, unless You make a way for him.
Bismillahi, wada'tu janbi.

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Al-Harith: When a man from among the companions of the Prophet ﷺ slept, he would say: 'O Allah, You have created my soul and You will take its life. To You belongs its life and its death. If You keep my soul alive, guard it with Islam, and if You cause it to die, forgive it. O Allah, I ask You for good health. O Allah, I ask You for guidance and righteousness (or, he said, for the guidance and righteousness which Luqman asked for). O Allah, I ask You for a good end. O Allah, protect me with Islam as long as You keep me alive, and do not let me have mastery over anyone else. O Allah, do not let me suffer in hellfire, and do not let me be tempted. He would say: 'Bismillahi, wada'tu janbi.
