Thumamah bin Shurayf al-Haarithi reported that a man asked the Prophet Muhammad ๏ทบ, 'O Messenger of Allah, shall I ask for a dua?' He said, 'Ask for healing and wellbeing.' The man asked again, 'Shall I ask for a dua?' He said, 'Ask for wellbeing in this life and the hereafter.' The man asked again, 'Shall I ask for a dua?' He said, 'O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provisions, and deeds that are accepted.' (Sahih Muslim 753)
