‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'When one of you enters my masjid, let him send the greeting of prayer upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) and say: O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.' And when he leaves, let him say: O Allah, I ask of You from Your bounty.'
