I seek refuge in Allah the Almighty, and by His Noble Face, and by His Eternal Authority from the accursed Satan. (In the name of Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.)
A'udhu billahil-'adheem, wa biwajhihil-kareem, wa bi-sultanihi-l-qadeem minash-shaytanir-rajeem. (Bismillah was-salatu was-salamu 'ala Rasulillah. Allahumma-ftah li abwaba rahmatik.)

Source & Authentication
It was narrated from Fatimah bint Qais (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace be upon him) entered the Masjid, he would say: A'udhu billahil-'adheem, wa biwajhihil-kareem, wa bi-sultanihil-qadeem minash-shaytanir-rajeem. (I seek refuge in Allah the Almighty, and by His Noble Face, and by His Eternal Authority from the accursed Satan.) Then he would say: Bismillah was-salatu was-salamu 'ala Rasulillah. Allahumma-ftah li abwaba rahmatik. (In the name of Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.)
