When to Read

This beautiful supplication is recited upon entering the Masjid. It's a moment when we leave the world behind and step into a sacred space dedicated to Allah. As we enter, we're reminded to seek His mercy, a perfect way to shed any lingering ego or pride from our worldly interactions and focus on devotion.

How to Read

Recite this dua sincerely with the intention of seeking Allah's mercy as you place your right foot inside the Masjid. It's best recited standing, as you would with the dua for entering any blessed place. Remember, the essence is in the heart's connection to Allah.

This dua serves as a powerful antidote to arrogance and pride, which are traits detested by Allah and His Messenger ﷺ. It sets a humble tone for our worship, ensuring our actions are solely for His sake.
