Entering Masjid
Hasan HadithSunan Ibn Majah 771

I seek refuge in Allah the Almighty, and by His Noble Face, and by His Eternal Authority from the accursed Satan. In the name of Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, open for me the doors of Your Mercy.

A'udhu billahil 'adheem wa biwajhihil kareem wa sultanihil qadeemi minash shaitaanir-rajeem. Bismillah was-salatu was-salamu 'ala Rasulillah. Allahumma iftah lee abwaba rahmatik.

Source & Authentication

It was narrated from Fatimah bint Qais that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered the mosque, he would say: 'A'udhu billahil 'adheem wa biwajhihil kareem wa sultanihil qadeemi minash shaitaanir-rajeem.' He would say it three times. Then when he prayed, he would pray two Rak'ahs, and when he finished, he would supplicate and say: 'Allahumma aftah lee abwaba fadlik' (O Allah, open for me the doors of Your grace). It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'When one of you enters the mosque, let him say: Allahumma aftah lee abwaba rahmatik.' (Sunan Ibn Majah 771 - The narration from Fatimah bint Qais is Hasan. The narration from 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud is also Hasan).
