How to Read

Recite this dua upon entering the mosque, ideally after performing the two rak'ahs of Tahiyyat al-Masjid (greeting the mosque). It is recommended to enter with the right foot first, just as one would for any blessed place. Utter the words sincerely, focusing on the meaning and asking Allah with conviction. While this specific dua is for entering the Masjid, its sentiment of seeking Allah's mercy can be extended in your heart for your marriage as you offer other prayers or engage in remembrance within the mosque.

Virtues & Benefits

Entering the Masjid with this supplication invites Allah's vast mercy into your life. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us this specific dua to seek the divine blessings associated with His house. When we are troubled, especially in matters as significant as our marriages, turning to Allah within His sanctuary is a profound act of faith. By asking for 'mercy,' we acknowledge our need for Allah's grace to soften hearts, resolve conflicts, and restore love and understanding.
