بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from impure jinn (males) and impure jinn (females).
Bismillahi, Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith.

Narrated Anas: The Prophet ﷺ used to say when he entered the privy: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from impurity and the impure." (Sahih al-Bukhari 6306). Another narration states: 'Bismillaah, Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khabaa'ith.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 142, Sahih Muslim 375). The word 'khubuth' refers to male devils (jinn) and 'khaba'ith' refers to female devils (jinn).
