بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (or evil spirits).
Bismillahi, Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith

This dua is recited just before entering the bathroom or toilet. It's a practice taught by our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to invoke Allah's protection before entering a place that is often associated with impurity and where unseen beings (shayatin) may reside.
How to Read
Recite this dua with sincerity as you are about to step into the bathroom. It's customary to enter with the left foot after reciting this, and exit with the right foot after reciting the dua for exiting.
