Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'The men's and women's places of impurity are forbidden for entry except for the male and female devils.' (Sahih Muslim 223) And in another narration, Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to say when he entered the privy: *Bismillahi, Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith*.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 6306, Sahih Muslim 223). The wording in Bukhari is slightly different but carries the same meaning of seeking refuge from male and female devils.
