بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (or from all evil and harmful things).
Bismillahi. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: 'When one of you wants to enter the privy, he should say: Bismillahi. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 6306). Another narration in Sahih Muslim (375) states: 'When one of you enters his house, he should say: Bismillah, wa 'ala bismillah, wa 'allahi tawakkalna. And when he is about to eat, he should say: Bismillah. And when one of you speaks, he should say: Bismillah. And when one of you writes something, he should say: Bismillah.'
